Seven Deadly Sins ( Trifecta week :seventy two )

Tonight she had to make a decision. Her father had organized a ball for her to choose a suitor.

She prepared herself eagerly in white strapless shimmering gown which ended in ruffles, she entered the ballroom with grace resembling an angel fallen from above, a creature aware of her beauty.

Music started playing, she was aware of the eyes roaming on her boldly and there she sat untouched waiting on her throne.

“My lady, give me the honor to dance with you “.

His voice was silky, full of pride, and eyes that gave away nothing.

Out of pure curiosity, she took his hand, he moved in measured steps, calculating his prey’s endurance.

Later ,she danced into arms of another, he twirled her eagerly, desire evident in his eyes.

Her rescue came in form of red haired man, he took her as if she was precious rare jewel and dared another man to touch her and suffer his wrath.

But, she had a treacherous heart never pleased so she drifted to arms of another, one who looked at her eagerly as if to consume her, he seemed to wish beyond his standing .

Another finally approached her hesitantly having waited his turn and eyeing others enviously, she danced with him while noticing the only man who did not approach her but keenly observed her nonetheless.

Music ended and she sat alone isolated with her thoughts.

“Have you made a decision Daughter? “.

Each tried to please her, brew alchemy in her heart, own her.

“Father, it is not in my nature to be satisfied, I deserve more “.She said callously.
